email or call me, all in complete confidence.
It is possible to book appointments for daytimes, evenings or weekends. Our sessions together would be for at least two hours at a time, (you might wish for longer if you're travelling from afar), so we can make thorough and satisfying progress. Often 4 or 6 sessions are enough to transform matters, allowing you to progress from there on your own.
My experience of well-being can help guide the development of your skills and strategies; my experience as a psychotherapist can help you identify and overcome particular problems, no matter these be very personal and deep-seated and long-standing problems...perhaps of an emotional, social and psycho-somatic nature.
Every life - Human Nature - is prone to develop a number of phobias or other unhelpful behaviours, feelings and thoughts. These are most often the result of emotionally traumatic experiences or the negative elements in a key relationship from our past. Much can be done to resolve their inhibiting effects upon our present lives, and in doing so we not only help ourselves greatly, but we benefit all those close to us.
